Èze strives to deliver your products as fast and as safe as possible using Destructo mailing boxes.
If your order arrives in a damaged state, we will replace it for you at no charge within 10 days of you receiving it.
Simply send an email to Hello@Èze-cosmetics requesting a replacement.
We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by email.
Return the damaged product in it's original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.
Once the product is safely received, we will send you a replacement product.
