ÈZE Cosmetics uses Destructo mailers to ensure that your products arrive safely.
In the case that you receive your product damaged, please send an email to Hello@Èze-cosmetics.com within 10 days of receiving your product.
We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returned products must be sent in their original packaging.
The RMA number must be placed on the outside of your package.
Once we receive your damaged product, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
