ÈZE Cosmetics Return and Replacement Policy


ÈZE Cosmetics wants you to enjoy our products to their full potential. We pack and ship our cosmetics in transportation-safe boxes; however, accidents happen! If you receive your ÈZE Cosmetics product damaged or faulty, no worries! You are eligible for a free thirty (30) day refund or replacement based on our return policy below.


On the Home Page, under Contact, fill out and send us an email with your Return/Replace request.


Our policy is valid 30 days from the day you received the product. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will verify that your purchase was made through our website (we need a receipt or proof of purchase). Any item which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for replacement. Items missing more than 5% of their content are not eligible for replacement. Replacement packages are subject to the same shipping charges as all orders; i.e. free to specified US shipping zones.

Please allow 5 business days for your return and replacement request to be processed (this will be longer over National Holidays, Covid-19 related closures, logistical delays, etc.) Thank You!
